Our office and concierge desk are open from 8 am until 8 pm, security guard is here 24/7.

In case you arrive late or in early morning hours, we have a night clerk on duty.

Please advise us about your estimated time of arrival, we will send you our night clerk contacts. He will meet you at the building entrance and help you with check-in.

All hotels in Israel charge for extra guests in rooms.

The additional charge for A guest in the suite is $55 per night. Price include breakfast.

We supply baby cribs at no extra charge.

Yes,  we do we offer the laundry service. The costs are: up to 15 IB -  55 ILS. approx. 15$ , up to 20 IB - 75 Nis approx. 15$ + 8$ Service fee

In addition There is self-service laundry in walking distance (5 min) from the hotel.

Yes, it is possible. However, we are unable to guarantee it, and would like to specify that the request is subject to availability.

You can store your luggage with us after checkout.

We offer two options for breakfast Sun – Fri between 7:00 – 10:30 AM.

1.Voucher for three cafés around the Hotel:

 You have different options, every day you can choose another one. (All of them are kosher and a minute away)

The cafes are: Rimon (Mehadrin), Nadi and Noctorno .

2. Continental breakfast basket delivered to the room between 7:30 – 11:30 (needs to be ordered the evening before).

Saturday:

Breakfast is served at the Hotel.   

There is a king size / Twin  bed in every  Master bedroom, pullout sofa bed or two beds in the second smaller bedroom ( only in presidential suite )  and addition pull out couch downstairs at the living room.

The hotel is located at the center of Jerusalem; therefore, a lot of parking lots are available around us.

All the main attractions are walking distance from the hotel so cars are not needed.

The most convenient one is just across the street (please see the attachment) on 1 Mordehai A'liash St , Jerusalem. 

Since we are placed in the heart of the city, most of the parking lots are ask for payment fee, but on Shabbat the parking in the streets around the hotel is free.

The 21st floor suite hotel welcomes Shomrei Shabbat guests and fully caters for all their needs, before and during Shabbat. We have a team of non-Jewish staff on hand to make your experience and stay more comfortable. The hotel is equipped with a Shabbat elevator and all rooms have Shabbat keys for your convenience. 

We've made sure you're covered by providing all guests with Shabbat candles, an urn, a hot plate and a Shabbat clock.

Check-out time is one hour after Shabbat.

Absolutely!  Please advise us about the number of people that you wish to invite, we can order additional meals for them as well. Guests that decide to stay the night will be required for additional fee.

We offer number of options for our guests:

1. Nesher shuttle -   yellow minibus for 10 passengers.
2.  Faster way is to take a private taxi directly from and to the airport.

Our driver will wait for you with a sign with your name after clearing baggage and customs.
